Holocaust teaching trunks and artifact kits are classroom-ready resources, complete with age-appropriate books, tactile activities with artifacts, and engaging lessons. See below for the variety of trunks available.

Thanks to generous donors, trunks and artifacts kits are free to borrow, with free shipping within Washington state. They are loaned out for pre-set time periods, unless special arrangements are made.

How do I request a trunk?

  1. Review the list of trunks below and determine which one is best for your group.
  2. Review the list of available time periods.
  3. Determine whether you are eligible for free shipping. In Washington – Yes. Outside of Washington – No. Contact us for an estimate.
  4. Complete the request form.

3. Are you eligible for free shipping?

If you are in Washington State – YES!

  • Schools in Washington state will receive free roundtrip shipping via FedEx Ground.
  • If you are outside of Washington State – You are responsible for the cost of shipping the trunk to and from your school with FedEx Ground. Some exceptions can be made for Idaho and Oregon schools on a case by case basis.
